Output
for Buttons
You will want to make a team button for each camper. Do
this by generating an Excel file from TACO. Excel provides a variety of formats
in which a file can be saved.
Follow these steps:

Go to Print Reports (button upper right of Main
Menu);

Select the Camp tab;

Click the button to the left of "Camp
Roster";

A new Excel file named "Camp Roster.xls"
is created and saved in your My Documents folder.
Now, in the Camp Roster file delete the columns you do
not need for your buttons. This is probably everything except Camper Name, Camp
and Team Color.
Then, click on File (in the Excel Menu Bar) and Save
As... . At the bottom of the pop-up dialogue box, click the drop-down list for
Save as Type and select the type of output you need.
Almost all programs accept "Text (tab
delimited)" files. You can also output in Apple MacIntosh format with
"Text (MacIntosh)".
Chat with the person making the badges to see what they
would prefer.
