Cabin Assignment

First, I would recommend taking care of the cabinmate requests. This is done in the "Assign w/Info" screen. If you put the requested cabinmate's name in the top line of the camper's comment section (on the Camper Information screen) it will appear in the "Assign w/Info" screen. You can then sort by camp, gender, church, etc. to make it easy to see how the campers match up. Then assign each to the same cabin using the drop down list.

After all the cabinmate requests are taken care of then go to the various cabin assignment screens and assign the rest of the campers.

At the start, you may not be seeing all your cabins.
