Camper Acceptance Letter Camper Criteria
Be aware that there are three criteria that must be satisfied to generate an Acceptance Letter to a camper:
1. The camper must be Current (i.e. the Current box in the Camper Information form must be checked);
2. The camper must have no date in the "Letter" field
as seen in the Camper Information form. Deleting the date from the Letter field will mark the Camper as being available for an acceptance letter. You can also see all correspondence dates in the Camper Check Sheet / Camper Correspondence screen. You can delete the Acceptance letter date (and the Late Fee Letter date) in the Camper Correspondence screen as well.
3. The camper must have a portion of the camp fee recorded. If there is no partial payment of camp fees, the camper is not available for an acceptance letter.
If all three of these criteria are not met, the camper will not be available for an acceptance letter.
