Camper Status with the
Camper Check Sheet
When processing your campers you
will want to make sure that all campers have been fully processed.
What I mean by this is that all
campers have been assigned to a cabin, an acceptance letter has been
sent, you have received their medical form, you have printed a bank
label for them as well as an envelope label, etc.
The Camper Check Sheet lets you see
all this information for each camper and immediately indicates which
campers are incomplete.
If you need to re-print labels for
a camper or group of campers, simply un-check the white boxes in the
middle of the screen. Then when you print the label again, that camper
will be included in the printing. If a camper's box is checked, the
label will not be printed for that camper.
Note in the upper left of the
Camper Check Sheet you can go to "Uncheck Boxes" screen to
reset a particular parameter for all camper.
The Camper Check Sheet is accessed
on the Main Menu on the right side of the screen.
Notice also, at the upper right of
the Camper Check Sheet, a button labeled "Camper
Correspondence." You can see when acceptance letters and late fee
letters were sent.
