Output groups of Campers 

Often you want to have a list of a certain group of campers: all the Varsity boys, a particular cabin's occupants, all campers from a particular church, all the red team JV boys from a particular church, etc.

TACO lets you do this easily and quickly.

From the main menu, click on the Print Reports button. Then click on the Camp tab. At the bottom of the left column you will see the "Select Camper Groups - Report / Labels" listing. Click the button to the left of the label. (Notice that the label is a hyperlink to the section in the User's Guide that discusses this TACO feature).

You will see a pop-up window with Church, Cabin, Gender, Team Color and Camp labels. For each label you can use the drop-down box to choose the selection criteria. Once choosing the selection criteria, activate the criteria by clicking on the option button. If the option button is not activated, the selection criteria is not activated.

Then click the check box for the type of output you want - a report or mail labels.

Click "Run Report". Your output is displayed for preview and printing.

You can also output this report to Excel for use in the Camp Bank, keeping track of team points, keeping track of Camper's memory cards, quizzing, etc.
